Conform Developments was forged out of a passion for providing a specialist service to clients that improves the revenue streams of their property, business, and operating model.
The business started in 2020 after directors Scott Traynor and Ryan Thompson found they had an aligned mindset when it came to ‘bringing more’ to commercial developments and retail fitouts.
Since then, Conform Developments has consistently engaged with large, independent, and new entrance brands in developing properties and generating new revenue streams.

Our Team
Scott Traynor
Not one to be pigeon-holed, Scott is a commercial builder, mechanical engineer and a lawyer. He brings 15 years’ experience in large industrial, commercial and retail developments to the business, and is a specialist in development approvals, engineering and commercial building.
Ryan Thompson
As an expert in logistics and an operational specialist in bulk fuel, retail service stations and commercial fitouts, Ryan’s knowledge is invaluable to our clients. With 20 years’ experience across the commercial and retail industries, Ryan specialisees in bringing new developments into operation with a strong brand identity and an operating model that maximises the location and development aspects of each job.
